This is a contract (“Terms”) between you and VoltWayX EV Charging Technologies (“VoltWayX EV Charging Technologies,” “we,” or “us”), applicable when you use our site/s, app and content provided by VoltWayX EV Charging Technologies, globally, in existence now or in the future (“VoltWayX EV Charging Technologies”).

These terms are a binding agreement

Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using the app. By accessing or using any part of the app, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms & conditions of this agreement, then you should not access the app or use
any services provided by VoltWayX EV Charging Technologies

You are free to delete your Voltway India account any time, and may do so by informing us. Due to the logistical changes that need to be done, this process is not automated. We do not maintain any backup of sorts of your data. Therefore, once your account is deleted, the data in it may be
permanently unrecoverable, and this includes any account balance which was left in your account at the time of deleting.

Liability

The Electric Vehicle (EV) charging facility is provided by under the name of Voltway India by VoltWayX EV Charging Technologies, the chargers are manufactured according to the international standards. Once you register, you may use the Voltway India smart Android app to charge your EV.

Certain chargers are maintained by third parties and Voltway India only provides the VoltWayX EV Charging Technologies, know-how and infrastructure. Please note that Voltway India or any of its subsidiary entities will NOT be liable for any damage caused to any such property, charging unit or the Electric Vehicle or its Parts, during charging or due to the negligence, misuse or misconduct of a user of the EV charging facility. Vehicle user is liable to pay if any damages occurred to the charger or property during the vehicle charging. Charging your vehicle from VoltWayX EV Charging Technologies will be at customers’ own risk.

Users are advised not to proceed charging your EV under lightning and stormy weather conditions. You may always contact Voltway India Support line on 0112727100, or 0772104988 for any emergency or EV charging related matters.

We do our best to provide you a reliable and valuable service, but we may change, terminate, or restrict access to any aspect of the service, at any time, without notice.
